There could be couple reasons why the medication you ordered did not work for you. People's bodies react to medication differently. You could always try the different forms and doses of the medication that you ordered to see if that will work for you. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us and speak with a Pharmacist about the issues you had with your medication. They can help you!

The website was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The order entry screen was easy. My only issue was after I placed my order, I did not receive a confirmation email so I didn't know if imy order went through.

I'm so sorry to hear it didn't work how you wanted it to. Everybody is different and reacts differently to each medication. If you would like a Pharmacist to contact you to explain how medication works differently for everyone please let me know! We do have different types of what you specifically ordered, if you would like to give those a try. You can also speak to a Pharmacist about that. Again, I do apologize that it did not work the way you expected it to.
