I like your service. The only thing that I think needs attention is on the 6% money witheld and then transfered to my account, because it's difficult identifying from which load I'm getting that money from. Please send update explaining from which load.

First I find out you didn’t give me the best deal Second I have to fax in my invoices and that is hard to do truck drivers don’t have fax machines in there trucks and faxing is old school everybody E- Mails now days

Pricing and advance are dependent upon your volume and quality of debtors that you work with. We have a short term contract so you are always able to renegotiate your rates. I spoke with your account rep and you are more than welcome to email your invoices into us for funding. I am not sure where the disconnect was there and i apologize for any miscommunication.

Time limits on invoice submission was an issue as in some cases it is more than 2-3 weeks before invoicing could be submitted. Also, There documentation leaves something to be desired. I rarely got a statement of when an account was settled or how much I paid in fees. I was like pulling hens teeth to get an accounting.
