There should be more choices in the filtering, if a person isn't making a "unique." Such as, choosing by weight, bust, etc. Not just height. BUT This was very, if not extremely, elaborate in the description of what a doll is... maintenance... differences... yes, some of these are for sale on other sites. WHO ALSO buy from the same wholesaler, Irontechdoll or Yamiee or Sigafundoll. Not only are the prices here low, but even lower with the discounts, and free things (no, not the gun or the sword). But overall, fantastic!

Customer service is very friendly, After a problem with the doll they have sent me a nice complementary gift an eye set that's worth $25 dollar. The rest of the issue was resolved with the insurance company that you can add in your cart which is very convenient. So I would recommend doing that, it is only $10, but you are a lot saver that way. All in all the factory delivers the doll in a good to normal time frame, it takes a while on a ship, but this store has no longer waiting period then other stores. So I give this store a 5-star rating because they are doing everything the way they suppose to, but as an addition they have a friendly customer service.

Everything about this process was so easy. Anna responds to any questions, and nothing is too silly to ask. The doll is so life like and more beautiful then I imagined. She is our first large purchase in the toy category and we couldn't be more pleased. The company kept me up to date while making her and sent me pics to make sure everything was perfect. She arrived rather quickly coming so far away. She was packaged discreetly and perfect, they take great care with their dolls. The price was fantastic. My husband and I are very happy. Thank you!

i purchased the 154cm Llona doll. The doll arrived within a week of purchase with no issues on shipping. The doll itself is fantastic. Looks almost identical to the website pictures. The only reason i did not leave a 5 star review is because the package did not come with a wig. If I am not mistaken, all dolls come with a wig. But that is literally the only complaint i have. The doll feels amazing. Bout as close as you can get to the real thing. Not as heavy as i thought it would be as well. 4.5/5.
