Panic merchandising. Price gouging
I just received a merchandising email from SGMO. He said due to the upcoming tariffs today April 3 is the last day we may be able to get items at these prices. He said he is going to raise prices tomorrow on April 4 to cover The extra charge to restock ammo. This is like the gasoline ripoffs years ago. The ammo that he is selling right now, he has already paid a lower price for, but is jacking the price up to cover possible tariffs. That is not good marketing. It may work for him, but he is screwing us. I have bought a ton of ammo from SG ammo but will never again

The government made the Tariffs, not me, I cant sell for a 5% gain and then pay 20% more to buy it back, this is basic business. I have to mark up current stock to reflect the increase in cost that is coming in a few days. This review is bogus, just blaming me for being the messenger of bad news. I guess he wants me to not tell my customers that price increases are coming, keep it a secret, then surprise everyone that does not see the obvious when it is too late. I did our customers the courtesy of heads up and a day of notice to get orders in at the old price before i start changing prices, yet I am the bad guy...bizarre logic for sure and now a banned customer for life
