I completed the information for parts for my ray bans. Filled in the sunglasses ID number for screws. The number of screws in a packet was somewhat misleading. It was $5 per screw and they were the wrong ones. It took one month to receive but charge hit cred card right away. Unfortunately there are 2 different sized screws on the glasses. There was no way to tell from the website and there were no options to choose the appropriate one.

I don't typically write reviews but it's been a month since I ordered through ShadesDaddy and they prompted me for a review so I'll oblige. Overall, working with ShadesDaddy has been frustrating. If I weren't looking for a half decent price on a replacement pair of glasses, I would regret shopping with them. I ordered ~$275 (Canadian dollar) worth of product well over 30 days ago and I haven't received anything. I wouldn't be bothered by this if I could track the shipment, but whoever they use for postal is lacking in both their customer service department and ability to deliver product. I've emailed ShadesDaddy a couple times about this and they haven't been much help. Their emails seem to be automated response that provide no useful information. At this point, I'm just hoping the product arrives and I didn't get scammed out of $250+. Fingers crossed. tl;dr - Customer service isn't great and deliver time is looooong. You might save SOME money on glasses, but you will get what you paid for in the end. Cheers!

I ordered replacement ear socks for my Ray-Ban sunglasses. Even though I was assured by Customer service, they were the wrong part. It took so long to get them and I was so disgusted that I don't even want to deal with it anymore

Not happy. I received the wrong items I need, though it was my fault, there is no customer service to help. No one answers the phone and no quick response by email. I asked for help again, received an email with a link to get what I need, but apparently there are options to which is the right item. Waiting for a reply back to let me know which style I need to order. Please help. I need screw caps for the logo decoration on arm. I have rb8901 5262 53 17 145 Which screw style do I need to order?

I ordered temples for my RayBans as I managed to loose a screw and one temple and they don't have screws or tamples in normal shops. I have waited over a month (from 4/11 to 14/12) for this to arrive. When it arrived it had no screws attached, who knows raybans knows that it's really hard to get a screw that fits the temples. So the temples are still sitting there and we are unable to do anything with it until we find screws. I've inquired about this from shadesdaddy but they did not respond to my inquiry. So it feels like a waste of money. Totally useless without the screws.
