Great customer service! They helped me set up the plugin exactly the way I wanted it to look like. Very happy with it overall.

I had a very positive experience with ShapedPlugin and their support team. I needed a specific functionality that was not available in the default version of the plugin. Even though they couldn’t confirm whether it would be included in a future update, they kindly offered to prepare a customized version for me. Within the promised timeframe, they shared a modified version that solved my issue exactly as I requested. The most impressive part was their willingness to create a special version just to ensure one customer’s satisfaction. That level of dedication and professionalism is rare. The customized solution works perfectly on my website, and I can now use the plugin smoothly without any problems. Their communication was clear, polite, and supportive throughout the entire process. Highly recommended — not only for the quality of the plugin, but especially for their outstanding customer support.

Very supportive on my questions

I have Carousel Pro for WP installed and working without problems for a long time. It worked like a charm until few days ago due a problem with license activation. Raised a ticket and in a very short time they sent me easy instructions to solve it. And it works again like a charm! Thank you and keep up the good work!

In addition to resolving all questions and issues in less than 24 hours, I made a mistake when renewing my annual subscription and they refunded me the amount without any problems. Without a doubt, the best carousel plugin and the best team.

Have used their WooGallery Pro plugin and was pleasantly surprised by all the features they had to offer. It's very seamless and their custom service is always available 24/7. Would recommend .

I use the Smart Team Pro with several client websites and highly recommend it. It's a versatile plugin and easy to use. Recently, I contacted support with a question about customizing a template file. Aminul was exceptionally knowledgeable and worked with me to find the solution my client was looking for. Thank you!

Must say, this is probaly the best Support Service i have ever had from any Company i have ever dealt with in my over 30 Years working in the IT sector. All this for a small WooCommerce Plugin "WP Carousel". Aminul Islam, was the most helpfull person ever and knew the product inside out. So this is not a 5 Star rating but a 10 Star ++
