I had a great experience with ShapePlugin. Before purchasing Real Testimonials Pro, I contacted their support team with a few questions. They responded quickly, were professional, and went above and beyond to help me find the best solution for my website. The plugin is easy to use, well-built, and works exactly as expected. It's refreshing to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended!

Their accordion plugin is brilliant. Very easy to use and we utilise it on quite a few of our client's websites. Highly recommended if you need to quickly add FAQs to pages or posts on your website.

Good wordpress products, their designs are modern and great to work with straight out of the box. Fantastic customer service. The free version is a great starting point for most users, however a few basic functions are hidden behind the pro pay-wall (hence the 4 stars) Big thanks to Pulak for helping me with my issue promptly!!

Excellent customer service with fast responses. I have reached out several times to them with questions regarding modifications to their plugin and they have responded quickly and always provide an easy solution. Their team is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Basically, as most other people are saying, they're a company who deliver and who provide good support.

We've recently purchased the Woo Gallery upgrade and have been extremely pleased with it. The gallery looks fantastic on our website, is very easy to use, and has made a real improvement to the way our products are presented. I've needed support on two occasions, but both times the issue was related to my own website setup rather than the product itself. On both occasions the support team responded quickly, resolved the issue without any hassle, and made the whole process painless. It's refreshing to deal with a company that provides both a quality product and excellent customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending ShapedPlugin to others.

We contacted the customer service and they reacted very fast. They provided us with a customised version of their plugin for us. It turned out that this customised version solved our problem.

The support was very helpful, patient, and clear. They took the time to explain the issue in detail and helped clarify what is currently possible with the testimonial links and what is not. Their responses were quick, professional, and easy to understand. Overall, the support experience was very positive and much appreciated.
