Sharpenters lost all of my six knives
Sharpenters lost all of my six knives. They say they only insured them for $100 when returning them to me. They should ask a customer the value of their knives and insure for that amount. Sharpenters refused to cover any of the loss.

Howard, Thank you for your business and your review. We did not lose any of your knives - USPS did. Our checkout is clear and brief and there we explain the insurance included with each option, and you selected the USPS shipping option, which comes with the standard $100 insurance offered. However, it is easy to switch to the UPS shipping option and checkout and select the higher insurance for $500, for a small extra fee. We also offer even higher insurance levels for particularly valuable knives. We receive knives for sharpening every day ranging from less than $10 to over $1,000 in value each. It is impossible for us to include the insurance for the most valuable knives in our standard pricing, which is why we offer our customers the option to purchase additional insurance for particularly valuable knives. We hope we will be able to earn your business again and ask that you then purchase the insurance that is relevant to you. Best Regards The team at Sharpenters
