My greenhouse I bought off Amazon broke. Customer service was of no help and said to send it back. Amazon doesn’t do returns after 30 days. Screwed.

Unhappy with my 10x10 ShelterLOGIC uproot-able blown away green house. So is the wife. Customer support did not care and just said to anchor it when I said it was already weighted and anchored so it wouldn’t blow away. It uprooted and did just that and their customer service blew me off without even an attempt to compensate for my loss, time, and materials spent. Many hundreds of hours and a year was lost to a failure of a product. You don’t need a weather man to know which way your ShelterLOGIC Green House will blow away. -B. Dylan

Please know this unit is not live load rated, and we do offer hundreds of different shelters/sheds with varying sizes, shapes, strengths, that are indeed live load rated. I purchased beach cart and sone parts were missing. Called customer service and Ns Gallant was very courteous, and understanding. She expeditiously sent me an email requesting pictures of missing parts. She was very apologetic. Excellent customer service, a quick pick up on the call. Great business experience!!!
