Had a wonderful conversation with Lee Ann Stone yesterday! She was patient, polite, friendly and knew exactly how to help me with finding parts for my Gazebo. She put my mind at ease and reduced my stress level to zero!! I was calling from Canada and it was like talking to my next door neighbor. We even had time to compare Mosquito stories 😂.

I was greeted by Lee Ann, the customer service representative at Shelter Logic… She was very helpful identifying the correct part that I was looking for and she even emailed me the manual for the pergola while I was on the phone with her so I could confirm if the part in question was the correct one. If that’s what customer service looks like with this company, they have just earned a repeat customer! Thank you! Al Sajan

Had very good time with customer service Maria. Help me a lot. Discuss what could be wrong if it would be replaced or not with the tarp head. Call me back to give me the update on my claim. And within 4 days I had a new tarp s*** on the way because of their warranty. Very good company very good customer service. Thank you

I am very happy with the customer service level received numerous times from shelter logic. The customer service number was fast, efficient and flawless both times I called it. I dealt with Rachel Shea recently and it was a great experience. She provided me with the owners manual I was missing in order to proceed further with re- installing my shelter logic that had been in a box for over 5 years. She was professional, polite, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Ideally it would be great if every business had this level of service and employees

Spoke with customer representative Lynn McCann yesterday morning regarding a floor frame kit for my EEzee shed 6 x 5. Per the instructions, I assembled it and found out it was not made for the 6 x5, even though the instructions said so. Started this project in the morning, (AZ sunshine) and needed assistance from a service rep. Lynn took my phone number, assured me that a representative with more experience would call me back. Never heard from anyone. Had to leave all my storage shed articles outside for the night, too much to reload the shed with until I could get an answer or help. This morning, still no call, so with a drill in hand, re-drilled the holes in the frame to match my shed. Cut plywood to screw down to the frame kit. Lot of extra time spent because of poor customer service and instructions that weren't correct or updated for my shed. Bottom line, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would never buy or recommend Shelter Logic for any sheds, especially customer support if you need it. It's a good thing that I am handy with tools, the average person would be totally frustrated and return the frame kit. Oh, did I mention, this is my second frame kit shipped from Shelter Logic, first one was the wrong part number, did not even come close to my storage shed dimensions. Sorry to be so negative, however, I lost a lot of time (days) on this project when it should have been complete in one day....
