This was my second time using Ship A Car Direct, and I would use them again. They were flexible regarding arranging pickup and drop-off times, and the carrier was very professional. My car arrived to its destination quickly without any issues.

My experience was perfect ,, they picked the car up after two days and took four days to transport it from Florida to Washington which was supposed to take 7-10 days , the customer support follow up with me all the time and send me video to explain the ship process , the price was fair and acceptable , the driver was so friendly and accept to drop the car in different location the car was in good condition just need air in the tiers I recommend anyone to ship with them

Hi Dave, The guys called about 8:30pm Friday evening and asked if I would accept delivery or they would reschedule for Saturday? I gave them directions to an empty plaza about two miles North of our home. Aside from the darkness, the drizzle turned into a heavy rain with just a slight wind thrown in for total penetration. Naturally! I am no stranger to working outside in WNY for over fifty years......and it still sucks! But these two guys were really great, even in this crappy weather, they were so careful offloading the two units and reloading the one for their last delivery. Then the lead man went over his preload checklist with me and together we verified that no new damage had taken place during shipping. Not the least bit of pressure to hurry up during any phase of the process. I was truly impressed. Again, these guys were great, polite and complied with my requests and or answered my questions! Do me a favor and give the guys an "atta boy".........they are a credit to their trade and deserve it! And last but never least, I want to give you a special "Thanks", for answering all my questions, following up at every phase, your patience & honesty, your company loyalty and for being such a straight shooter........truly a professional!!!!! Very responsive and helpful. Found the carrier that was responsive and trust worthy. The shipment was lightening speed and no damage at all. The price was the most affordable one out if all quotes I got via Internet and moving companies. Will definitely use them again if any need in the future.
