ShipfusionReviews of shipfusion.com

Shipfusion is the best of the best. Bart took over as our account manager last year and has a really great understanding of our needs and is very quick to respond and fix any issues we ever face. Martin and Jared at Ship Fusion have also been super helpful from the start. We love having Ship Fusion as our fulfillment partner and would recommend them to anyone we know. We look forward to continuing to grow with such a great team of hard working people at Ship Fusion! Not to mention the technology and customer portal is extremely user-friendly and up-to-date.

Shipfusion has been providing a great solution for our fulfillment service with a better rate than previous provider!!

My company has been working with Shipfusion for about a year now. Their technology is impressive and intuitive, their customer support is responsive (they have a live chat feature that our team has used for urgent requests) and their fulfillment is quick. We're looking forward to continuing to grow with them.

We've been partnered with Shipfusion now for several years. They are excellent at what they do and offer far more competitive rates than their competition. I love that they have multiple warehouses which helps to reduce shipping zone charges. Our rep John Baring is always there to address any questions/concerns that arise. Shipfusion is great! Super responsive when issues arise

Very helpful. Still needs some work to fit our business model but they are working on it.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to about Shipfusion because I’ve had such a positive experience with them and feel it needs to be shared. Not only do they have an incredibly user-friendly portal and affordable shipping rates (very important in the pandemic era), but their customer service is what really sets them apart. I was having trouble setting up the buy one get one work flow so I emailed their support team and someone got back to me within a couple hours and set it up immediately for me. They are super helpful and I can’t recommend them enough!

I love this team. It is safe to say this has not been a ideal year for fulfillment with carrier delays which has caused issues, that being said, the team at Shipfusion has surpassed my expectations during this time. They are always there when we have questions or issues and they consistently deliver great service. The only thing I would like to see improved in the new year is reporting functionality.
