Shipixy had the cheapest shipping rate I could find for my package. I had a problem printing the label, but customer service responded to my email and fixed the problem expeditiously. I will use Shipixy again

Charged my card. Didn’t give me a label. Didn’t respond to dispute. And haven’t deleted my account after asking to have it deleted. Fraudulent company

you provided no instructions on your imvoice as to the drop off location/place for my shipmint

Dear Bil, We regret for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the drop off location will not be mentioned in the label or the invoice by any carriers. Our system allows you to schedule pick up . If you decide you drop off the package you will be have to search on the FedEx website with the help of your postal code. Thanks for your valuable feedback we will try adding the FedEx link to our website where customers can look for the near by drop off area with the help of postal code. For now you may please check on the following link. https://www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/dropbox.html Regards, Shipixy Support Team

Your service was very easy to use. Almost too easy. I had to double check everything to assure myself that you were legitimate. I was very grateful for the choice of shipping and the cost was amazing. I will be using your service again in the future and I will be more than happy to advertise for your company and I will definitely be promoting your service and suggesting that all of my friends and family use your company. I cannot thank you enough for the speedy delivery at an amazing price. Thank you!! Thank you!! Milissa Gannaway

Bad customer service! I shipped a box last October and FedEx lost the box, when I filled a claim FedEx told me that the site which I used for issuing the shipping label should file the claim, I tried to reach them “shipixy” many times but no body answered ! And I lost the box and the reimbursement
