ShipMonkReviews of shipmonk.com

Shipmonk made my life easier. fast and updated information on time.

I love Shipmonk's dashboard interface, very easy to use and dynamic. Especially love the ability to match gift with purchase and pick any combination of inventory I want to create bundles. Pascalle was great in helping me onboard. Unfortunately I didn't realize they used plastic air bag for void fill, so I had to switch to another 3PL in the end.

ShipMonk has been nothing short of fantastic! Their platform is intuitive, making inventory management a breeze. But where they truly shine is their pick, pack, and ship service. My orders go out on time, every time, and my customers have noticed the difference. It's clear that they prioritize accuracy and speed, ensuring that my products reach my customers as swiftly as possible. Additionally, their customer service team is always on hand to assist with any queries, making the entire process seamless. Highly recommended for any e-commerce entrepreneur!

Customer satisfaction is not a priority. They are OK if things work properly but if there is a problem they are not responsive. For shipments we provide custom boxes that fit our products. Shipmonk keeps charging us for their packaging and STILL charge us for picking our own box. This causes higher shipping charges too because it's a larger box. Also, these charges are hidden. The packaging charge does not show up in shipment details. We have to periodically export the order CSV and process them through a spreadsheet we made to catch the packaging charge. Per order it's not a lot of money but it ads up over time. This has been going on since January 23 and we have tried working with them to resolve it. The 'Happiness Engineers' can't do anything and there is no path to reach a person in management aside from waiting for an email. They started out apologetic and said they'd fix it but it's still happening and they have stopped responding when we report new errors. It's very disappointing because they would be great if everything always went perfectly but once problems arise it's like an entirely different company. 9/12 UPDATE: Despite the pleasant response here no one has contacted me from the support or experience team on this issue. Saying customers are important is not the same as taking action to help them. 9/12 UPDATE: Shipmonk did finally respond to us and after more communications they did fix the past mistakes and claim they have fixed the underlying cause. We have not had any new incidences through November so it appears to be resolved. we raised the review to 4 stars because their service has otherwise been very good and the value for a small growing business is excellent.

Worst 3PL ever for fulfillment and shipping. Around 50% of orders get shipped on time, and the rest are either delayed over 20 days or get returned to the sender without any reason beyond or prior notice. Customer service is a joke, and they don't really know anything about anything. 8/10 of our orders from the EU to the UK were either delayed or returned. They use DPD, which is the worst carrier in Europe. The same thing goes for shipments from the US to Canada. We spend hours on customer service dealing with these delays. 2/10 times, they don't dispatch orders until 5 days after we've submitted them, even though the customer has paid extra for express delivery. They're killing our brand and company, and we're actively looking for another 3PL. I'm really surprised their rating is this high on Trustpilot. Stay away and look for a smaller fulfillment center that actually values its customers.

Imagine my frustration returning to work from vacation to tons of emails from families stating that they have yet to receive their shipment and the school semester starts in less than a week!!! I quickly made the call and was put onto Matthew Scherer. He was very kind, Patient and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that all of our families were sorted before ending the call!! Months Prior to speaking with Matthew, I've had the pleasure of speaking to many phenomenal Happiness Engineers including: Amanda Marie Jones / Leemary Sanchez / Pascalle Arnold / Brena Jar Walker / Keontia McClendon /Lauren Hellstern / Francisco Cintron and SHERRY, who ALWAYS got the job done and made sure that I had a clear understanding of the system itself. Because of the service they continue to provide, we look forward to a longtime partnership with Shipmonk to support our online business. You Folks are the BEST!!! Thank you for helping us to be great!

David was a phenomenal person to work with. Very patient with me through the entire onboarding process, and he helped essentially every aspect of getting set up. I'm looking forward to a long partnership with ShipMonk to help support my online business.

Great support team!
