Be aware online shopper this company is a scam.They won’t help you if your package is lost damage or defective. Emailed them five times. Trying to get a hold of somebody on Twitter. Zero response stay away from them.

We have been clients with Shipmonk Tecate, MX for a year now. Although we have had our ups and downs in terms of the customer service and general experience, I want to give the Happiness Engineer Fernanda Pacheco a very positive review. Since she became our main point of contact, things have steadily improved. She's professional, responsible and communicates very well. Thank you Fernanda!

Don't ever go with shipmonk. Their storage, fulfillment and shipping are ridiculously expensive. Customer service is a nightmare and most orders were overdue. I left some products behind at Shipmonk and they continue to charge their double storage cost even though they don't reply to me, I've been blocked from logging into my account and their agreement states that after 3 months that the products no longer belong to you and you have no control over them. It has been much longer than 3 months and I recently received an email (6 months after my last email to them) telling me the amount that I "owe" them. I hired a lawyer and he laughed at them. I recently discovered that WayFair / CastleGate offer storage and fulfillment for many sales channels. There is no minimum fulfillment cost added on top of storage. Fulfillment is literally 80% cheaper and shipping is 60% cheaper and orders are never overdue. WayFair only sells furniture and home decor but CastleGate will fulfill orders for any non hazardous products for sales on other platforms. You will save an insane amount of money. There are multiple fulfillment companies significantly cheaper. I don't mean to offend anyone who has left a legitimate positive review (customers, not fake reviews from Shipmonk employees) but they clearly haven't done much research on other fulfillment companies. Whats funny is that after writing this negative review and mentioning how long it takes for them to reply, they reply to this review in less than an hour. Goes to show what they care about...

Shipmonk is a hot mess - and has been for 2 years now. They continue to lose and misplace my inventory. Misshipments are as high as 25% - for a year now. I've lost customers due to their ongoing issues. Their "happiness engineers" are good people, but they have zero power to do anything other than submit tickets. My company has worked with them for almost 4 years now - and it's getting worse. They don't care about you as a customer - you're just another number to them. Management doesn't care about you. Supervisors don't care about you. Recently I submitted a small order of 100 units - and now I'm in week 7 of not shipping because the warehouse lost inventory and misplaced the package internally (of what could actually ship). Avoid this company at all costs if you want to run a successful business. They've cost my company sales due to their issues. I'm working on reviewing their overcharges as well - when they misshipped and still charged us for returns, postage, pick fees, etc. Do not work with them - if you do, it will be very costly. *Update 3/20/23* I've now had an 80% reduction in inventory due to the warehouse losing or misplacing products. I've lost a deal with a longtime customer because of shipmonk's inability to problem solve my account's issue - meaning, I've now lost business (revenue / money). Shipmonk is negatively impacting my business and hurting it. It seems their support team is only empowered to submit tickets - but beyond that their hands are tied. Upper management doesn't care or offer support. They list Amazon FBA as an offer - but they can't even deliver 25 units properly to Amazon (without a return package) because they used lasership (which has it's own nightmare of problems). Issues have been happening for a year now. When I first signed up I was assured no plastic would be used in shipping (it's part of our brand's mission to remove plastic). Without notice, they started filling our packages with plastic pillows. When I requested they stop using plastic - they wanted to charge a fee for every package to use plastic pillows. Make this make sense. They wanted to charge my company, after assuring me when I signed the contract plastic wouldn't be used. As a customer of 4 years and having my business negatively impact by shipmonk - enough is enough. They make promises without follow through just to win and retain business. AVOID THIS 3PL OTHERWISE YOU ARE RISKING YOUR COMPANY'S FUTURE SUCCESS.

Stay away from this company at all cost! They've lost sight of who they are. Over the holidays of this year, our company launched a brand new product. We put this product on pre-order for our customers to purchase and receive before Christmas. Shipmonk Received the product and shipped out 2 of the same items in the bundle on over 100 orders. This bundle is a $500 item. Once we realized what was happening, we immediately tried to get a hold of Shipmonk. It Took us over a week to get this issue into the hands of someone who can stop the shipments, until we figure out how to fix it. Stopping the mistake. We pay for the premium product with MonkProtect, which is Shipmonks version of shipping protection for their clients. This is a complete SCAM. This mistake happened to have cost us over $15,000, and shipmonk/Monkprotect refuses to pay on the claims that they made the mistake on(which they have admitted too). Leaving us high and dry. Seriously if your a small business owner. DO NOT USE SHIPMONK. There are many other 3pl's out there that appreciate the business and are true to their word. Only skill shipmonk has is charging your credit card

Things were good with shipmonk for the first few months. however over the past 3 months, things have slid into a dire situation. No one is replying to emails. Stock is not being cleared and put onto shelves. The support team on Twitter does not respond. It is impossible to get anything in terms of support - I have no idea if I will be able to even move 3PL. Please use someone else - I hear Ship Bob are good so going to try them

Shipmonk are awful! Don't touch them with a barge pole. They don't follow SLA's don't respond to emails. They were below average at best when we were using them to fulfil orders, but now I'm trying to close the account down, they couldn't care less. They seem to be racking up fees on the account that aren't justified, they don't respond and when I try and call (from the UK) which is extremely costly, they are all in meetings. I feel thankful that I have got out and found another 3PL who are a million times better. Stay away.

After working with Shipmonk for almost 3 years, in the past 8 months things have gone very badly. Issues popping out on a daily basis. Loss of inventory, terrible customer service, issues will never be sorted, you still going to need to pay for them to fix their own issues, lack of professionalism and extremely unreliable. We have huge operations with them and are losing loads of money. We are now trying to find a decent 3PL to work with. 100% stay away from them.
