This is the second time we have used this service. The first was a move from the west coast to DC. This time was from DC to the midwest. Both times the service was timely, courteous, and everything arrived in good condition. I have and will continue to recommend to all having a need for a small load mover!

Mitch from Ship Smart was delightful to work with. He was caring, followed through on promises and worked out difficult details for delivery to my rural area where roads were not compatible with large vans normally used. The furniture was packed with great care, nothing was damaged, the delivery person was on time, polite and helpful. There is nothing more that could have been done to improve the experience.

From Plymouth MN to Scottsdale AZ...a perfect journey for two valued tables. The packaging and crating and service incredibly meticulous. The driver at the destination was helpful in getting the crate to the inside of the garage which was not part of the quote to deliver "curbside". I was at the point of origination as well as destination. Not inexpensive!!! But, you get what you pay for! Btw, the estimate was 33% less than the final price as all is weighed after packing! If you value your possessions then highly recommend!

Great company. They picked up my desk at my 80 yr old Mom's home. They were polite and she felt comfortable with them. Shipping and delivery were fast. Large antique desk was very well packed...took me almost an hour to unpack! So happy with this company. Would recommend to anyone.

Your staff knew exactly what I needed after giving them info. A quote was sent right away and the sales team set me up and kept me informed of my item. It came on LTL, packaged well and undamaged, not to mention the driver was very nice. From the moment your team helped me to the delivery was exceptional. Celia
