Stay far away. We have used shipstation for over 10 years but not anymore. How stupid I have been. They have no customer service. After 20 emails you can get them on the phone line 512-359-3411 but what good will that be so there is really no use. They just don't care about their customers anymore. The shipping prices are 20 percent higher than other platforms, they charge high monthly fees for a program that is antiquated and that has actually gotten worse each year. I just don't really know how they can exist with this attitude. Its crap and the company does not care one cent about you.

Total trash company. I contacted them multiple times to try to fix the issue with my orders not syncing to ship station they say they will contact me via email and have not sent one email to me. I opened a ticket to try to get this resolved and nothing is being done for the past week. This keeps happening multiple times the past 5 months and im so sick of this.

ShipStation is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I tried to order about 70 UPS shipping labels for my business. ShipStation was having an issue with their third party insurance integration and instead of refunding me when the labels couldn't be generated, they took the money, put it in my ShipStation/Stamps account as a credit and said it would take 4-6 weeks to get a refund. I had to get a refund because I wanted insurance on the shipments, and ShipStation claimed it could be weeks before they managed to get insurance working again. I spent hours multiple days on the phone with both ShipStation and Stamps.com customer service to close my account so I could get a refund. They told me a refund was coming, but I was a little weary, so I had my credit card company do a chargeback. Low and behold, Stamps/ShipStation never closed my account or refunded me after the 4-6 weeks and tried to recharge me the over $1,000 after the chargeback went through and sent me emails saying I had unpaid debt. Only after I emailed them back with emails from their own customer service proving I asked for a refund and my account to be closed, did they leave me alone. I would never use ShipStation or Stamps

I’ve used Ship station numerous times. I weigh my packages twice, and have the post office confirm my ship weight. Several times ship station has charged me for over weight. The last incident was I paid $7.95 but package weighing 10.75 pounds. SHIP STATION claimed my package weighed 12 pounds. Then changed me an additional $12.16 for the claimed over weight. So I paid a total of almost $20. I filled a dispute THEY DENIED ME. DON’T USE SHIP STATION. They’ll cheat you,

Actually a pretty decent platform, however for high volume shipping there are quite a lot of annoyances and things that unnecessarily suck up time. For example, ship station connect, they still can't get it to work flawlessly after 10 years of use. As well as the annoying pop ups right where you need to print the packing slip. So if you ship 100 orders a day, that's a significant frustration and more time to wait for the popups to disappear before you can print stuff. I alerted them to the issue, but heck why would they improve user experience. The topping on the cake was this year they started charging for me to use my own shipping carriers! Isn't that a bit odd? Since it's a bit more difficult for the little guy to get a ups or FedEx account if you barely ship. It would make more sense to charge say $5 a month to those that want to use your carriers since it's difficult for them to get an account. But no, they want to charge me $20 extra a month out of nowhere, to use my own carriers. Get a grip. Like I said decent platform, maybe one of the best/better. If they only listened to customers and improved their service without all this BS, they could easily be the best. But why be the best when you can get one star reviews and not improve your service...

Brilliant, so easy to use, the platform is great and just what I need now I am scaling my business.

12/8/2024 long story short, ShipStation generated 8 credit card charges totaling $140.01 on my credit cards for which I received ZERO shipping labels or any other services. Despite the exchange of 28 emails with PayPal, ShipStaion, AUCTANE personnel and a 23 minute phone call over the next 24hrs, I was still unable to get more than $69.55 refunded. Forced me to dispute 5 credit card charges totaling $70.46

Shipstation support is a joke. They are foolish, ignorant, and will waste your time with multiple basic responses that are as useless as asking if the computer is turned on... IYKYK. Unfortunately this is NOT a 1 time occurrence, it is the norm. For example, I submitted a bug report where the packing slip is literally printing the words "[notes from buyer]" instead of the actual notes from buyer field contents for random orders. I submitted PICTURES of an actual printed packing slip of what it looks like when it generates correctly, and another picture of what it looks like with incorrect generation. I pay extra for an upgraded plan to be able to customize my packing slips. I created this packing slip about 8+ YEARS ago. Shipstations response? Their "answer" is that they do not help with HTML. Uuuuuhm NO this is NOT an HTML issue whatsoever, and they'd know this if they looked at my example pictures even just once. JUST ONCE. LOOK. AT. THE. PICTURES! If I did the HTML wrong I would not have an example of a correct packing slip generation, right? This is just ONE packing slip template that's affected, and it's random orders. But it'll be a miracle if I have to waste less than 10 emails just to get them to even check out the bug. The crazy thing is that back in the day, around 10+ years ago an English speaking USA based support rep used to pick up the phone and call you. Imagine that!
