On 3/26/24 My bank account/Debit card was charged $19.99 by Ship Station for an account that I have never used and never actually set up. I do all my shipping via Stamps.com. Stamps.com is associtated with Ship Station. I talked to Stamps.com and they told I was cahrged by Ship Station and they gave me a phone number to contact Ship Station and that phone number does nothing but have a recorded message. No Chat available and no customer rep to talk to. Stamps.com was on NO help, even though they own Ship Station. I have found no way to contact Ship Station and actually talk to someone to close this account that I didn't know I had. I believe that Ship access my debit card through Stamps .com because that is the only place this debit card is on file. I want my account Ship Station Closed and I want a refund of the money that took from my bank account. I now have to close this card out an get a new one now thanks to Ship Station. They are in my opinion running a Scam form all the complaints I am finding online. I want my money back and this bogus account closed.

Our Ship Station account is integrated with our WiX web store. In the last two days our customers have experienced a situation where the calculated shipping cost constantly changes preventing them from completing the order. We have lost numerous sales in the last few days. We contacted Ship Station Support and received no help. I mentioned in the "Chat" page that I might have to use one of their competitors if i can't get this situation resolved and was informed that I might try to contact Support next week. I decided to open an account with Shippo. Customer Service is important for our customer base and we go to great lengths to make sure our Customers are satisfied. Ship Station Customer Support goes to great lengths to see that their customer base is dis-satisfied.

No customer support. Terrible. I complained to Big Commerce who has exacellent support. Told Big Commerce they should not put any company on the Big Commerce App if they do not have technical support to the Big Commerce support. Ship Station upgrades the software and loses all your settings and you cant get anyone on the phone. Other shipping softwares should step in and offer a better package.

This is one of the most fantastic tools I have come across. If you have multiple sale channels it integrates perfectly. Labels are created automatically in minutes and you don't have to worry about dispatching items manually. This will sort everything for you. it improves booking efficiency at least by 75% if not more.

Shipstation took $291.43 of my money, then gave me an error message and no label. No instructions. No ways to mitigate. We have your money, figure it out yourself.

ShipStation makes money off its UPS account and does not share its discount with its customers. When I realized that we set-up our own UPS account which was 30% less than ShipStation's UPS with Stamps.com and set it as default, that would not work until we deleted their pre-set automation rules. I am getting rid of shipstation and going to try Shippo.

I ordered the Secret Seduction Spray on Oct. 3, 2023 and when it finally came (several weeks later) there were 2 spray containers, a very small one (which was empty) and a larger one which was only partially filled. On Jan. 12,2024 I sent them an email telling them about the problem with the 2 containers and that the spray had no effect on my wife. When I asked them for a refund they said that I had already exceeded the 60 day money back guarantee so there would be no refund. They did not offer to send any replacement for the empty and partially filled containers. This is a company that can't be trusted. I give them a 1 out of 5 stars

Their customer service is very poor.. They do not understand, they are not aware of the program to understands the problem Their apoligies does not resolve any problme
