Love my shoes
Love the stores. I do like a couple more than others due to the layout but I love the yellow tag sales and the coupons and the variety and styles.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! The pair of shoes I wanted were mis matched sizes in the box (one 7.0 and the other a 7.5). The customer service representative ordered me the correct size and had the shoes shipped to my home at no charge! Great experience.
