While our photographer was great, the customer experience with Shoott was poor. They sent me a discount code via email that wasn’t in my account as a returning client. The in-app experience cited a certain price that I moved forward with but realized immediately after purchase that I would’ve saved $66 with the discount code. Customer service refused to honor the code after purchase or even provide a credit in that amount for a future purchase. Really disappointed about the expense and if $66 is worth losing a repeat client who spends hundreds per year, I guess that’s your call. I’ll be going with a local photographer in the future.

We were heading to Chicago to attend a wedding and I mentioned to a colleague that I wanted to get some pictures taken. She had used Shoott in Washington DC and had a great experience. So, I trusted her recommendation and booked a session. Not sure what to expect, we were as ready as we were going to be. Our photographer, Pappy, was the best! She made us feel at ease and we all laughed a lot. We were extremely pleased with our photos.

We had such an amazing experience with Shoott during our family trip to Hawaii! Our photographer, Yuki, was absolutely wonderful! She made us feel so comfortable and kept the entire session fun, relaxed, and natural, especially with the kids. She really knew how to capture our family's personalities and those sweet, candid moments that mean so much. Our photos turned out beautiful, and we couldn't be happier! The entire process was easy and convenient from start to finish. If you're looking to capture special memories while traveling, I definitely recommend Shoott, and if you're in Oahu, ask for Yuki! We'd absolutely book with her again!

We have been using Shoott for our annual family photos for several years. We started using Shoott because with young kids, we never know if they are going to cooperate, so a free session where you only buy what you like was perfect. We have been blown away every time and would never us anyone else. The photographers always capture the perfect moments and the photos come out beautiful. Shoott will always be our go to for family photos!

We have used Shoott three times. Each time we have had a positive experience with the photographer and received beautiful pictures within a week. For our family, it’s a perfect, convenient way to get pictures every year without spending hundreds of dollars.

We had 3 kids and 2 adults, and were expecting one or two great photos to use for our holiday cards. We ended up receiving 90 awesome photos! The photographer was quick (which was great because the kid's attention span is very short!) and he was able to capture a ton of great photos. We received the photos back THE SAME DAY! The kids even enjoyed themselves, which was quite the feat! Looking forward to using Shoott again. I also enjoyed the options such as woodsy outdoors, downtown city, etc. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks!
