I had used this service four times before, so I genuinely believed it was trustworthy and not a scam. However, as soon as I encountered a problem, they proved unable to help me. There is also no direct way to communicate with their team, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating. I will no longer use this service, and I definitely cannot recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, it feels like they care more about taking your money than providing proper customer service or supporting their clients when something goes wrong. Very disappointing experience!

J'ai effectué un achat sur un site supporté par Shop.com. Il s'est avéré que le site est une arnaque thompson-clothing.com J'ai déposé une plainte et une demande d'annulation dans les délais mentionnés sur le site de Shop.com et sur le site du vendeur mais aucun suivi n'a été fait à ma demande. Pourtant il est mentionné sur le site que "Acheter en toute confiance sur Shop Shop est une appli d’achat et de suivi développée et exploitée par Shopify. Les boutiques qui vendent des produits sur Shop doivent répondre aux exigences de confiance, de sécurité et de prévention de la fraude définies par Shopify, et vos informations enregistrées sont stockées en toute sécurité." et sur le site du vendeur on mentionne une annulation possible dans les 24 heures mais il n'y a aucun lien ou numéro de téléphone pour le faire.

Shop.com piège le consommateur en le contraingnant a telecharger une appli pour un simple suivi de commande apres l'achat.

I ordered perfume. A week later they refunded me only a fraction of my money and canceled my order with no reason. This site stole my money and I would give negative stars. They are crooked and stole from me. This is how they make money

They offer pre-orders of albums. I would expect that the album at least ships on the day it's released but they haven't shipped until the Monday after. The most recent order was at least scheduled to arrive only a week later but has been delayed and could now sit on my porch for a month if it doesn't magically disappear.

SHOP.com is a complete scam!!! I ordered shoes through Rockport and rerouted through Shop.com in which prompts you to pay $20 for a Shop.com membership fee so you can ship your shoes which are already free to ship through Rockport!??!!
