Missing 1/4 of my order. Did not receive 12 hats in my shipment. As a first time buyer, this is likely going to keep me from ordering any more.

The hat quality was not good, I paid for the product guarantee and they won’t honour it. They won’t reply to my messages.

Hats were not as described, or what I was told I was getting. Fighting with their customer services for a refund has been a nightmare. I will not and do not recommend them.
