I emailed them multiple times after I was told they "missed my order" and to expect my hats by 04/22. There was no response to any of these emails. No updates, no shipping information, no communication at all. It is 04/30 and I still have yet to receive these items or even hear about where they are in the shipping process.

It took some time to hear back after I submitted a request but once we heard back it was easy since we already had all the files we needed. They helped with a few minor changes, sent mock ups, and once the order was submitted we received the order earlier than the estimated time. Highly recommend.

Product was good quality. Received product in reasonable amount of time. Be very careful you are on the USA page and not another …I ended up paying shipping from overseas.
