I received my Sursee Shoes for days ago and have worn them ever since. I was having a problem with pain on the joints in my feet but that pain has pretty much disappeared since I’ve started wearing the shoes. I have just ordered a pair of leather kyboots to wear to work.

Very slow to process refund. I had to contact several times. Responses we're quick, but action was slow. No apologies, either. To clarify: return was received June 27th and refund was not received until July 14. KYboot did not attempt to process the refund to my card until I sent 2 emails. I am not a chronic complainer who likes to issue bad reviews, but I feel compelled to voice the truth here. Honestly, I would not even have posted a review, but I have received several emails from KYBoot urging me to do so.

Hi Michel, Thank you for taking the time to post a review! Your order was returned on July 2nd at 8:03 am (according to the USPS tracking number), and the refund was issued after 7 business days, on July 12. You probably saw the transaction in your statement a day or two later, as credit card companies take a few days to process. As we inform in all our emails and notifications, the refund may take up to 10 business days- depending on the backlog. We value you as a customer and want to make it as easy as possible for you to purchase, exchange and return the shoes! Our shipping is free, including returns and exchanges. If you have any other issues or concerns and would like to speak with a senior representative or with a fitting expert, you are welcome to schedule a call using this link: https://calendly.com/kyboot Best, June, KyBoot Walk On Air

Hi Giselle, Thank you so much for your feedback! As you experienced, kyBoot products are more an exercise platform for daily use, akin to a healthcare product than shoes. The therapeutic effect of the shoes helps tremendously with a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Keep an eye out for new models! New models are first announced to our newsletter subscribers.
