1) BTC (bitcoins) Payment Option is Not Available, Thats a Option Used by Many people Who Dont Have a Credit/Debit Card that Support International Payments 2) US Adress is a Miami Adress, Other DropShippers Providing Oregon Adresses for Avoid Paying Sales Tax, So If Your Order reached on Shop2ship then You have to Pay SalesTax.

I never received my parcel.. customer service was a complete TRASH (phone and email). My complains were never acknowledged, I tried so hard with the customer service but no luck. I had to accept the fact that I lost my money over a shady company. However I’m grateful for learning my lesson to never trust third party companies. So whatever what’s done is done. I just hope my review can help people to not be schemed by such companies.

Good value service but i find shipping rates to be too expensive and shipping limited only to Fedex international, provide more options. Shop2ship is prompt in responding to email queries, which is great. However there are some repetitive issues, like USPS keep marking parcels delivered 1-2 weeks before shop2ship ever confirm receipt of the items, this issue needs to be urgently addressed. Despite repeated attempts to talk to someone on Shop2ship's listed phone number it always rings without an answer, no idea why list a telephone number if no one ever answers!!

Dear Charleston, Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback, please allow us to address the very valid points that you brought up: Regarding the shipping services provided; We do offer DHL, UPS and USPS services on top of FedEx services, could you please send us an email to [email protected] so we can understand to which location you are only able to ship with FedEx. Regarding the USPS delivery items, we have relocated to a larger warehouse and now belong to a different USPS hub which will reduce the USPS delivery time recorded on USPS sorting facility and the actual delivery to our warehouse. Regarding the delays in telephone communication, we apologise for any inconvenience caused, we are working on its improvement. Kind regards, The Shop2Ship Team

And here is why The Pros: Works well, nothing gets lost, good documentation of incoming parcels, good web interface, efficient removing of excessive packing material The Cons: Sometimes removing of too much packaging material, had small items rolling around. Every time they forget to remove an invoice, but charge for the service, one day I will have a big problem at customs clearance. Main reason why I’m looking for an alternative for my next shipments. 1 Star only for customer service, it is nonexistent. Tried for weeks to call them, wrote emails, used contact form, Messenger in Facebook, texted them, never got any response.

Dear UJL, Thanks for your review, we appreciate the time you put into this, I would kindly ask you to give us another try, we have revamped our customer service experience, send us an email at [email protected] and we will get back to you within the hour. We have as well now relocated to a much larger space where we have created a new packing section to make sure that all your items are as safe as they can be and last but not least in this same time the invoice removal is now taking place as part of a check list, so please send us an email to [email protected] and we will give you a 20% discount on your next shipment.
