This was with out a doubt the quickest and easiest shopping experience ever. Clara Hinojosa was prepared to answer every question I had concerning dinette sizes, configurations, colors, etc. i purchased the dinette booth with complete confidence that all my questions were answered in a very professional manner. Thanks Clara

We had been in the market for new RV furniture, and I found shop4seats mentioned on rv.net. After 2 failed attempts at recovering what we have, we decided to go with shop4seats. We came down from Portland to take a look and liked what we saw. I had been in contact with Ashley Wallmann from the beginning, and was very glad to have met her when we arrived. She was personable and kind, with a ready smile and a willingness to make sure we saw, touched, and sat on some examples in order to help with our decisions. Ashley is an exemplary example of who should be greeting and helping customers. We purchased two captains chairs, 1 sofa bed, and a dinette cushion set. They are being built as I write this, and I am very pleased with how this transaction went.

Ashley Wallmann went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with my order... answered every question I had almost immediately through email and was of invaluable assistance to me in ordering my package of chairs and beds for my 14-year-old RV... can't wait to get the seats and make it look like new! If the customer service is any indication of the attention to detail on the RV furniture, I know I'll be more than pleased.

First I'd like to say that Clara H. was very helpful on the phone when I asked about swatches that were suppose to have been sent two weeks prior by some one else. She got me what I wanted in the time frame she told me. Once again, thank you Clara. Today I placed my order with Clara for a jackknife sofa sleeper and dinette cushion set. Once again she was helpful, polite, very professional, It was a pleasure doing business with her. I'm excite and can't wait to see my items next month when they come in. I'm reserving the fifth star for when I see the products. Thanks so much Clara, I look forward to working with you again as well as referring people to you. Tom B.

I am an old guy with hearing problems. A little senile, too. Clara was a bright, efficient and patient person who answered all my questions and made me a happy customer!

Our experience was great, Clara, our customer service rep was courteous, polite and I could understand her, didn't have to ask her to repeat anything. Feel confident in the service we will receive from Shop 4 seats.
