This is because you redeemed the code while ROBLOX was having a platform-wide issue with their code redemption system. It wasn't just you having this problem. It was also the billions of other players that play the game. The issue has since been fixed and the item in question will be in your inventory once the system catches up with all of the codes that were redeemed during their system outage.

You bought an out of stock item....therefore you were refunded..if you would check your bank statement, you would see that. Edit: I could 100% agree with you on that. We apologize that you weren't notified about the refund. Normally, The way it works is that if an item is out of stock, The system will not allow you to even purchase it to begin with. However, on the date of your purchase, There was a system error that was allowing purchases even on out of stock items. It has since been fixed. We are constantly working on ways to make things better and easier for our customers. We have this feedback and review system here for this very reason. We will work on implementing a feature that will notify customers via email if and when their purchase was refunded. Again, our sincerest apologies!
