Shopper Approved is a joke. You get an email after ordering an item. If you received your item click a link (which gives the seller an approval ) if you did not receive your item contact your seller. ?!?! What I can’t click a link to say that the item never arrive or it was wrong or anything that can look bad for the seller? So the sellers can only get positive reviews?

We have been using TP for over a year now. We really enjoy their platform and were able to collect several more reviews utilizing their post order integration.

These reviews are not accurate. I went here to post review of a company that has their reviews on their website from them (TSI Transportation). There is no way to post a review on this website, so I assume that only clients that have not had any issues are getting invited to post reviews? I certainly never got a invite to review. That is utter BS this review site enables companies to be deceptive (I assume the companies give them the contacts for the reviews), and I will never go to a company that uses this review site again - because you can not trust those reviews.

Get real folks. No true customer writes reviews like those posted on shopper approved. They are totally fake and if they think real folks believe them they should think twice. Was planning to buy windows from seemray. They have a pristine 4.8 with reviews that border the ridicolous by how they sound. And no other review available anywhere else. RED FLAG. Bye bye seemray and shopper approved ahahah Shopper review has the primary goal of establishing credibility or the lack thereof through reviews. Since reviews are blatantly fake my overall experience with shopper review is poor to say the list. There shiuld be a criminal investigation into how they operate.

Shopper approved is geared toward business getting great reviews even when not deserved. I had a terrible experience with XenonPro, but haven’t found a way to post it on Shopper Approved. XenonPro full guarantee ended up costing me almost $62 in shipping charges both ways plus foreign transaction fees (they are based in Canada). Shipper Approved can NOT be trusted when looking at reviews on business websites.

We've been a client of Shopper Approved for about a year and have been happy with their impact. Having the stars in our Google/Bing results has increased our conversion rates, which is a huge benefit for a reasonable cost from Shopper Approved. We're collecting merchant reviews on 10+ different product domains currently. Kelsey and Jordan make onboarding smooth and they're able to answer any platform or technical questions with no problems. Any issues that have needed support have been handled with good communication from Holly, and all along the way Andrew has been attentive and helpful as we've set up each additional domain.
