I contacted Shoupou's service centre to chase up delivery o…
I contacted Shoupou's service centre to chase up delivery of my goods. Shoupou traced the package and advised that my goods had been lost in transit (by the shipping company). Shoupou refunded my money. So while not ideal that my goods did not appear, I did receive my money back.
