I received a broken item and have emailed twice, requesting a refund, while providing photographic/videographic evidence of the defected item, and I have yet to hear from them. This is ridiculous.

Always been a Shaper Plus girl. So glad that you carry it's original formula. VOC 80. The cheap formula does not hold my hair and smells absolutely awful. I appreciate your honesty selling the exact formula I have always loved!
