Avoid, their site overcharged me 300% and the system does not actually function at all. Support ignores 100% of contacts requesting a refund. I have submitted a chargeback.

I would rate this company a zero but there is none. Ordered 8/28/26. Called around 9/3/26, to check on shipping, no emails yet. Was given 2 tracking numbers, one USPS the other FedEx, neither worked. Did get email saying shipped on same day. Today, 9/7/26, checked with friend, item totally broken, not properly packaged. Called, spoke to a female named Mark. Oh my the crap i went thru with excuses and wanting me to pay $13+ to send it back for exchange. I offered photos. They only do damaged items certain ways. After back and forth frustration I told her to credit me the item. I offered to send photos but no response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

This is a scam. We bought a reddit account with high karma from this site. They did provide the email and user name but when we logged in it asked for a password reset. The email does not work since it asks for a 2fa. They are unresponsive even on their linkedin profile.

Attempted to order Christmas. presents on December 1. They canceled the order on December 10 without notifying me. I called to figure out what was going on. The switching system hung up on me 4 times. The rep I got promised to fix the issue (a non- existent problem with the credit card) and send with 2- day shipping). I called after 4 days (6 hang-ups). It was canceled again. They promised to fix whatever problem they had and send it overnight. Still not shipped. After 4 more hang-ups, I attempted to elevate to a manager. I've been on hold for over an hour. Pretty sure I could wait until next year and nobody will answer.

I called their customer service. Their automated system disconnected me 3 times. When I finally connected to a person. I was informed that my back ordered items were canceled. No time to order something else! Over 2 hours on hold waiting to get answers..... I will Never order from this company again.

Dont buy from them, the accounts doesnt work after buying. Their support team dont even respond to the email.

I paid and get nothing I asked for a refund and didn't get any answer I wouldn't recommend this service

We ordered an item. At the time of purchase, we were given a $20 discount. Two weeks later, I was charged on my credit card for the discount. I was told I didn’t qualify. I will never purchase from them again.
