10.2026 - BE CAUTIOUS when purchasing products either through them or other vendors that carry their products! We purchased this medicine cabinet model #45602 and to the best of our ability, upon delivery, we checked for any damages. Of course, the product wasn't to be installed for several weeks. Unfortunately, after install, we discovered a chip in one of the door mirrors. We contacted the vendor to seek assistance, and awaited a response, as they contacted this manufacturer in seeking a resolution, such as a replacement door, etc. The response from this manufacturer was no replacements available. We are now awaiting compensation credit from the vendor. What I find odd in the manufacturer of this product is the fact that they are THE MAUFACTURER and HAVE PARTS BEFORE assembly, so again, why you cannot afford to have available parts, is absurd. I WOULD NOT recommend purchasing anything from this manufacturer and/or their vendors that sell their products because they DO NOT follow what they state on their website!

They have cool looking fixtures but the knobs have fallen off almost everything and the faucet handles actually bent really easily which I did not expect. I feel like we spent a lot of money upgrading everything in our house with this brand but I'm just going to have to do it again with something where reliable. We ordered 13 or 14 wrought iron and ivory door knobs from them and the knobs simply fell off two of them in less than a year. They were around $100 a piece. I wouldn't waste your money on this regardless of how cool their fixtures look.

Bought a faucet online. It far exceeded my expectations. Just stunning.

I placed an order at 4:23pm for a few items and paid $30 extra for next day air delivery. SH's cutoff time, as stated on the order page, is 4:30pm. Nothing arrived next day, nor did I even have a shipping confirmation. I reached out to them via chat, and the customer rep started off by telling me that the cut-off time is 4pm and my order was not submitted until 4:44pm. Totally false on both counts. I actually had to send him the receipt issued by SH documenting the order time as 4:23pm and also send a screen shot of the company's own order page (!) showing the cutoff time as 4:30pm. He then proceeded to send me their shipping policies, which apparently state 4pm, as if I was somehow wrong to believe what their order page states as their cutoff time. It was quite outrageous. He appeared to take offense at my anger. But it's truly ridiculous for a customer to have to send screenshots of the company's own website and receipts to "prove" its policies to it. I noticed from the transcript of the chat sent to me that he eventually did apologize for SH's mistake. And he did issue a refund of the next day fee. I had already left the chat at that point. It's infuriating to have to prove to a company their own policy and insist that they abide by it, and it's a strangely antagonistic approach to the customer. Unfortunately, this happens far too often. SH was just the latest.

My bath sink faucet has been working great for many years now and when there was a little drip they responded immediately with warranty parts. Later now I've just had a little issue and they are going out of their way to make everything better than original! Thanks!

A very incredible customer service with fast and customer-focused responses. There was a problem with jets that they first sent out and the way they resolved the issue was well beyond my expectations. I received additional jets of the correct type for significantly less than I should have paid. I can highly recommend Signature Hardware.

I have spent 15,000 over the last 4 years in signature hardware items. I show a shower set that is new and acting up. I have a very important event at my house the things they are asking me to do to get a replacement sent is silly. I told them I would send back the other set. Terrible customer service 9000.00 alone has been spent in the last 2 months for my house which I do not consider a little amount for shower and bathroom fixtures. I will never buy again and I do not recommend them as they will not stand by product. Danny jezek

I bought a kitchen faucet from Signature Hardware 11 years ago. I developed a slow drip on the cold supply. Not only did they have my original order on file, they replaced both hot and cold cartridges under their 25 year warranty. Delivered in 3 days. 5 star+ customer service!!
