Poor expectation
This is the second time I submitted a request and tye second time I didnt receivea phone call before or even remotely close to after the clock expires. Dont swt an expectation that you clearly cannot meet. Do yourself a favor and just get rid of the clock...transition to 24 hour contact or similar.

They say they don't pay attention to credit scores, but they do.
