Highly recommended Greencard application tool! SimpleCitizen has a good platform easy to understand and a very responsive case manager! I wanna say thank you to Shelby you did an amazing job in making sure my application is right and organize, answered all my questions about the application, and made sure we are on the same page!

My wife and I saw their service and signed up originally because of the attractive price points for green card applications. We signed up for the top 'professional' package for $849. What we received was anything BUT professional. The initial application was delayed past their estimated window for the single page translation with no communication other than 'they've sent it in to get translated'. At this point we brought to attention again that we needed to go through this with little time to spare to avoid a lapse in my wife's employment eligibility. Once they finally got the application ready to send, the VP of customer service gave me his number and said to call/text if any questions come up through the rest of the process. Shortly after we sent in the application, we received an RFE, which we were told isn't uncommon. So despite being unnerved, we started to wait for the SimpleCItizen team to prep our RFE response when they went radio silent for more than TWO WEEKS. By radio silent, through every channel possible without a single response. I reached out to their customer service line as well as the VP's personal number I was told to call/text if we had any questions over a dozen times to not one single response. All we wanted was an update on the status of the response, we would have been fine if they told us to get 3rd party legal help, but nothing, no response. We got so desperate to not have my wife's employment eligibility lapse and lose her job that I reached out to their entire management team through LinkedIn messaging, pleading for a response. Not one response from anyone. In the 2+ weeks, I reached out to more than half of their startup of fewer than 20. Any one of them could have reached out to give me an update, but chose not to. We finally heard back after reaching out to other options for legal help, "Sorry I was out sick for the last 10 days with COVID, thanks for understanding!" was all it said. COVID is not in her control we understand, but a handoff process missing for account managers in case of emergencies is unacceptable for a business handling time-sensitive applications. Again, any one of the dozen people I reached out to could have escalated this issue or have gotten back to us, but didn't, because not only is this company ill-equipped to handle the variations in customer volume, but they also don't care about their customers. They offered a refund, we took it since we couldn't trust them with another step in the already nerve-wracking process. If you expect responsiveness from your legal aid in handling your green card application, look anywhere else but SimpleCitizen

So Glad I trusted my gut and chose SimpleCitizen. I did a lot of research on immigration attorneys and law firms before My husband and I decided to go with SimpleCitizen for filing with USCIS for my greencard application. I talked to them before I purchased the package they were so nice and helpful answered all my questions. Everything was so good to be true but after I started my application and I was assigned Shelby as my case manager everything immediately was proven and I was so relieved from day one. The application was long but SOO easy to fill out. 100000 times easier than filling the countless forms by myself. Shelby is kind, patient, detail oriented and amazingly helpful. It felt like having a very dear friend who cares so much about me helping me through the whole process. I am beyond grateful for SimpleCitizen, their service and of course Shelby. The package I got was so organized had all my supporting documents printed and included. I mailed my application last week and right now i'm waiting to hear back from USCIS with my fingers crossed lol. I still panic if I have missed anything or not but SimpleCitizen is still there for me if I have any question or if I need any consultation. They literally go above and beyond to make sure their costumers are happy and supported. I will write another review if my case had any issue and will report how simpleCitizen supported me again :) (hopefully not but just in case lol )

Excellent customer service with much support in understanding and executing the completion of paperwork. I would highly recommend this knowledgeable and very capable and efficient team.

SimplCitizen is incredible, my first process was to change status and request for residency and everything went very well and quickly, since I had a conditioned residence I returned with them and it was much faster .. I am very grateful, I recommend them 100%
