I would've been lost without the help of SimpleCitizen. They guide us all the way through the process of the marriage green card application. We weren't able to find a joint sponsor, so SimpleCitizen's attorney reviewed a couple of times our application to make sure we had enough backup information for it. They also translated several of our documents from Spanish. Every question we had was fully answered through the chat or by email. I would definitely recommend it. P.S. At the start of this I thought “I’m pretty organized, let’s go this alone”. You soon realize it’s a bit of a mine field and there are so many forms, attachments and questions that need answering. Simple Citizen provides everything you need, literally. It’s a simple tick box / answer box process and you’re done. The main time consuming element is the collecting of family information, certificates, proof of credit, marriage and so on. That said, there is a simple list and attachment system to make it all easy. 100% recommend this.

I did both my fiance visa application and Green card application through Simple Citizen. Immigration is a very very stressful process and having someone to answer all your questions is invaluable!! They even answered some of my urgent questions outside of their working hours. I'm so grateful for their help! They really care about your case and they are doing their best to make their customers happy. Hiring a lawyer is extremely expensive in the U.S. and I think the service Simple Citizen provides deserves 10 times more than what they charge!!

TLDR: SimpleCitizen is amazing. Super user friendly. Can answer any question you have, wherever in the process. They go above and beyond on customer service. If you are thinking about it or not sure, just try it--they give you a full refund for whatever you are unhappy with. When we started my Green Card application, my wife and I had 3 friends all recommending SimpleCitizen to us. At first we thought we were okay. I mean we already a free consultation from an immigration agration lawyer, and we have the internet, how hard can it be? WRONG. The application is tricky, wordings are confusing, and we had a lot of questions in the process. Finally my wife gave in and started using SimpleCitizen. Holy moly, life is so much easier. Their system is super user-friendly, and we asked so many questions along the way which all got answered. One thing is sometimes they will take one business day to reply, so don't leave things to the last minute. After the law firm reviewed our application, I got this package with ALL OF THE PAPERS neatly bound and organized. Heck they even wrote two fake checks so we know exactly what to write on our checks. They are truly above and beyond on customer service. Because I did my immigration physical too early, (don't do this, do your physical after you hear back from the law firm) I had to rush them to get everything to me on a Friday. They mailed a overnight without charging me a cent. And the girl who managed my case even emailed me on a Saturday to see if I got the package. Because I was a little frustrated with my own mistake getting the physical done too early, they offered me a full refund, to which I was like "wow it's not even their fault". The only thing I would say is that you need to start everything early. Because again, they don't always reply to your messages or emails on the same day. But I felt it's reasonable. Anyway, if you are reading this, just do it, SimpleCitizen will save you so much time, $, and headaches.

Simple Citizen is a dang miracle!!! I'm a regular American Joe who met and married the perfect girl I met in Ukraine.. government paperwork is a nightmare but these guys and gals (you know who you are) are amazing and literally walk the deaf and blind through a Government maze of intimidating paperwork and make it seem easy..it's saved me a ton of money from hiring the best lawyers too.
