Before SimpleCitizen, I hired a lawyer to take care of my application and it costed me thousands of dollars. The second time around for my new application, I decide to do some research online, and I found SimpleCitizen. The process was a lot more efficient for someone that handles most of their tasks online and it only costed several hundred bucks this time.
