Simple and straightforward

I haven’t finished my process I just sent my application, but my husband and I couldn’t be more happy with Evelyn’s help during the process of filling out the forms and telling us what was wrong, or what we needed extra. also, she was very patient cause I had a million questions and she always responded my emails kindly and fast, we were very impressed by the way they send the applications before we mailed them, it looked very professional we’d never send our packet the same way if we had done it by ourselves. Hopefully, I can give you good news soon! Thanks for all your help!

Simple Citizen is a fantastic service. I used them for my Greencard application and renewal as well. I couldn't recommend them more. I did encounter a few software glitches along the way however their support team have been incredibly helpful and made the path forward easy. So much better than tackling this myself or paying an independent lawyer a ton to do it for me.

The team was very helpful. All process seemed very easy, no confusion. Basically just do the questionnaire, them they will send all paper to you to review. It was pretty fast too. It took about 10 days for attorney team to review my paper then I got the document package in 2 days. All instructions are easy to follow too. I recommended Simplecitizen to my friends who asked how I had my documents done.

I'm updating this review, as my previous review reflected some problems we were having with our applications, however, it seems that much of these issues were the fault of the government, NOT Simple Citizen. I'm reserving the final star till our issues are fully sorted, but upon hearing that i was having problems, Matthew from Simple Citizen reached out and has been working diligently to help navigate what is apparently a somewhat common hurdle in this process. We have two applications submitted and have received conflicting information from the US Government. It seems like they may have figured it out on their end, but Simple Citizen has been fully willing and available to dive in and help navigate.
