The product worked well for about 6 months when we had to charge it for the second time it wouldn't take a charge we couldn't hear the motor there were no lights on. Unfortunately we cannot find the packaging or receipt and the company won't help us. $100 soap dispenser is now a paperweight.

I have been very disappointed in the long wait for replacing my broken 10X magnetic mirror. I have been waiting for over 3 months. I have left messages and I always receive the same reply. You are out of stock, and an estimated time when you will have them available. I can’t place a preorder and the burden is on me to continue to check back and hopefully be able to purchase one before they will be sold out again.

Kenneth never helped me. I spoke to Kate, told her the problem with my replacement recycling/trash bin today and yesterday and she said she would get back to me today by days end!

I have purchased several of the 10x mirrors and after about 2 years, the LED lights have consistently failed to charge which smacks of designed obsolescence. I like the light but for the price these are a bad investment.

Das Design und die Qualitätsanmutung sind absolute Klasse, jedoch lässt die tatsächliche Qualität zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe 3 Seifenspender gehabt und nun habe ich nur noch einen. Der erste Seifenspender hat nach ca. 3 Jahren keine Seife mehr ausgegeben, der zweite Seifenspender lässt sich ebenso nach ca. 3 Jahren nicht mehr vollständig aufladen. Der Ladevorgang bricht nach kurzer Zeit ab und scheint auch begrenzt zu sein, denn selbst wenn ich den Ladevorgang immer wieder starte, hält der Akku nicht länger als 1-2 Wochen. In beiden Fällen hatte ich Kontakt zu Kundensupport und sämtliche Versuche durch Tastenkombinationen blieben in beiden Fällen erfolglos. Die Seifenspender sind auch so konstruiert, dass KEINE Reparatur möglich ist! Man kann bei einem Defekt keine Teile ersetzen! So lange dies so bleibt, werde ich nie wieder einen Seifenspender kaufen! Das Unternehmen ist auch in beiden Fällen nicht kulant gewesen bzw. sind max. bereit einen Gutschein in Höhe von 20% für einen neuen Kauf auszustellen. Aber ganz ehrlich: Ich zahle keine 100,-- EUR für einen Seifenspender, der nur 3 Jahre funktioniert. Sehr sehr schade, denn wie ich bereits zu Beginn geschrieben habe, ist das Design nach meinem Geschmack sehr schön und bei elektrischen Seifenspendern unerreicht. Leider bringt das nichts, wenn die Qualität unbrauchbar ist und auch nichts repariert werden kann. Normalerweise müsste man nur einen Stern vergeben, aber für das Desgin gibt es am Ende 2 Sterne.

J'ai acheté 2 distributeurs à savon en 2021. L'un d'eux vient de rendre l'âme 5 ans après à cause de la batterie. Et l'appareil n'est pas réparable.. Franchement inadmissible à notre époque.

I've now had two hand soap dispensers and neither lasted through their warranty period. A very pleasant Customer line, but the dispensers are not worth the money! Buy elsewhere for a third of the price.
