We've been teaching trading strategies since 1999, and have over 10,000 members in our community. If you're experience was less than you expected, we're sorry to hear that, but that does not make us scammers. Our courses are not recorded webinars. If you do not buy one of our classes live, then you get the recording from when it was taught in front of a live audience in our live trading rooms. During our live classes, our trading team references current market conditions and recent trades, which may not be the same market conditions as when you're watching the class, but are necessary examples for teaching the strategies covered in that class. That being said, we strive to be as transparent as possible and so if there was any messaging that made this unclear, we'd like to know so that we can address it immediately. Hi Hussam Eddin, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know your concerns. Please keep in mind that we are first and foremost an educational company focused on teaching trading strategies that have worked for us. That being said, trading has been a little rough lately in the Small Account Mastery, but the P/L on closed trades is up overall $12,353 YTD - which isn't representative of John's overall trading gains, but this membership is geared towards small account sizes just as the name suggests. Of the 128 trades alerted to the Small Account Mastery this year, John's win rate is actually over 60%. A win rate over 50% is favorable and not easy to maintain -- not many people are able to hit a 50% win rate, but John has surpassed that by quite a bit for his small account trades. When it comes to trading, you can argue that there's always an element of "gambling" because we can never truly know how the market will turn out and which stocks or commodities will grow - there are just too many variables to account for. With decades of experience and robust tools, John ropes in gains from the market each year. It's no secret that John has a strong tolerance for risk though, which is why we encourage Small Account Mastery members to follow alerts that fit their risk tolerance, and to adjust them accordingly. If you're looking for more conservative, lower risk trades, we have other traders and memberships that fit that mold. We're sorry to hear that you feel our memberships are overpriced, but with significant market research, we've found our memberships are very competitively priced and deliver immense value. We're also one of the only companies out there that isn't theoretical based and actually makes the trades we alert to members. Please know that we are grateful for your referrals and are sorry that it wasn't made known to you. You're right that over the past few years, JC has been less involved. He is still available though. He's not in the Options room as much as he once was, but he has his dedicated service Small Account Mastery. He also does a couple of classes a year with live trading. We hope you can understand that he is finding the balance between Simpler Trading and his family -- something we all strive for. Can you elaborate on the issues you've had reaching us by phone? We've grown a lot and get a lot of callers, so we do have an answering machine to help channel calls to the appropriate client services. That being said, we are answering the phones 5 days a week from 8am to 5pm Central. Any more information you can give us on this would be immensely helpful so we can address any potential breakdown on our end. As I'm sure you know, we are dedicated to teaching others the trading strategies that have worked for us and how.
