Delivery time and updates are among the most ridiculous I've experienced.

They screwed my order up twice, but fixed it. Customer service responses weren’t always prompt, and sometimes took several days to hear back from them. My experience wasn’t bad enough I’ll never order from them again, but I definitely won’t be ordering from them again soon.

I initially thought the the pen was a little pricey, but once it came, I realized how nice it really is. Writes very smoothly with the included ink cartride. I really like that they also include a refillable cartridge. Delivery was reasonable and the packaging was quite nice. It didn't take me long to really love this pen. I chose the fine tip and the simple black color. I think the other color options are a nice feature.
