When selecting eyeglasses , be sure to double check everything. I have bought eyeglasses two other times and all went great. A lot less expensive that at eye doctor store. It is fast , comes 3-4 days after they finish making the selection you made. About a week total. Transitions work just as described and the prescription was right on.

Would like to commend SimplyEyeglasses and customer service rep Linda Cole for helping me with my latest prescription order. First Linda found me the Persol frames that were not on the website that I was looking for. Then my doctor sent a flawed prescription that we had to redo as the glasses had to be sent back. Linda Cole was very helpful in facilitating this transaction in making sure I was satisfied with the replacement glasses and the service.

Unfortunately many optometrists want to keep you in the dark when it comes to buying eyeglasses. It ensures that they make bigger profits. You have to say, hey what do I know! The people here want you to understand what you need, what you're getting, and why. You get what you need at a fair price, no bull! You can call with questions wether you buy or not. ordered and waited an extended time( 2 weeks )because of so called lack of materials, and finally receiving my sports ,bike prescription sunglasses , the lens color was not brown as ordered but a blueish purple , i immediately called , was told to send back ,pay the postage,and they would correct and send me the brown lens as ordered , so being annoyed and realizing that i would be waiting several more weeks be fore receiving my brown lens, i asked if they could process order now and i would send back the blue lens glasses when i receive the correct glasses and was basically told that only when they receive glasses will they correct there mistake !So i am riding and looking thru a pair of glasses with a blueish puple tint , never to do business with simply eyeglass
