great timely service

I hate being sold to and hassled which is why I have become an online shopper for the most part with the exception of my independent stores in my neighborhood in Manhattan. I wanted a certain pair of Persol frames to put my RX into. SimpleEyeglasses.com started out with a huge selection to choose from and when the frame I wanted wasn't in stock (discontinued by the mfg) They were very helpful in not only finding an alternate pair but honoring the lower price of the original I had ordered which was less expensive. I Immediately sent in and ordered my RX for one of my own pair of frames and will continue to use SimplyEyeglasses for all my eyewear needs in the future. Excellent! I wish them success with thisbusiness model of customer care and quality product.

The pair of frames I bought was warped. I tried to adjust them but I couldn't get them to sit straight across my face. When I tried to return them, they wanted me to pay postage that was about half what I paid for the frames. THEY sent me warped frames. Why should I have to pay to return them?

I took my prescription to SimplyEyeglasses beacuse they were local and had the frames I wanted. They filled my prescription accurately and made a few adjustments for fitting the day I picked them up. Would return to them again without hesitation. Nice people, great service, and price was good.
