Great service and product
I tried to give my city a sketch for a simple shed and was denied for not being to scale. So I bought the basic plan and received the 1st draft within hours. My city is picky and wanted more info. Site plan 4 you allowed me to pay the difference and upgrade to a more detailed plan. Again I ordered at night and it was available when I woke up. I am very grateful I found them.

Quick turnaround, survey rejected by township
The turnaround time was incredibly quick but our town rejected the survey as part of our permit submission so we had to go hire a physical surveyor to come out and create a survey of our property.

Hello Eric, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you appreciated our quick turnaround time. We're sorry to hear that your town did not accept the plan. However, we'd like to clarify that we provide non-certified site plans, not property surveys, as clearly stated on our website. We always recommend confirming your local permitting requirements before placing an order. We appreciate your understanding! Site Plan 4 You

Quick and Easy Site Plans for Permitting
I have used this service many times for permitting purposes. If a homeowner does not have their site survey, these come in super handy for marking where our propane tank is going to be located. They are a fair price and we just charge the customer.
