Welcome to the Sixty61 crew, Kevin! Thank you for the 5-star review and for choosing Sixty61 for your first order — the Sixty61 Black and Blue Aluminum/Rubber Gel Grips and Sixty61 Clutch and Brake Levers for your Suzuki GSXR 1000 (2001-04). Great fit is exactly what we aim for when we design and fit-test our own Sixty61-branded parts — these grips and levers are built specifically with GSXR 1000 owners in mind, so hearing that they dropped right in and felt right at the bars means a lot to our team. With over 20 years in the powersports industry, Sixty61 stands behind every part we manufacture and sell, and we ship internationally to riders across the USA (including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska), Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe — so wherever you're riding that GSXR, we've got you covered. Our Sixty61-branded grips and levers sit alongside other trusted names we carry, like Vortex sprockets and GPR Exhaust systems, giving GSXR owners a full lineup to dial in performance and feel — all part of what keeps riders leaving Sixty61 reviews like yours. If you ever want to talk fitment on future upgrades for the 1000, our team's always here. Ride loud 🤘 The Sixty61 Crew

Thank you for sharing such detailed tracking information with us. We actively monitor Trustpilot as part of how we take care of our customers, and the moment we saw your update, our team jumped in to investigate directly with USPS. We want you to know: the delay was a carrier misroute on USPS Priority Mail's end, not anything on our part — your 2XL ICON T-shirt and high-flow reusable air filter for your 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 500 shipped out promptly and carefully from our warehouse. As soon as we spotted the issue, we were on the phone with USPS working to get things back on track for you. Here's the good news: your package is currently making its way through Hawaii, where it's completing a routine customs check (standard for anything routed through Guam) before heading on to you in Puerto Rico. It should clear and be moving again within just a few days. We've also reached out by phone, text, and email — a couple of times through each — just to let you know personally what was happening, though we haven't connected with you yet. Please don't hesitate to reach out anytime through our website, or simply reply to any of those messages. We'd truly love the chance to talk this through with you. Moments like this are rare for us — with how many orders we ship, it's something we see maybe once a year — but when it happens, we treat it like it matters, because it does. And anytime something feels urgent, we're always just a call, text, or email away. We'd much rather work through it with you in real time than leave you waiting and wondering. We're proud to ship to customers across Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and the mainland US every day, as well as to riders throughout Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe. With over 20 years serving the powersports community, we know that trust is built by how we handle moments like this — not just when things go smoothly. Wherever you are, you can count on Sixty61 to treat your order with the same care and urgency. If you check Sixty61 reviews, you'll see this is exactly how we operate: we show up, we fix it, and we don't disappear. We'd love nothing more than to make this right for you and earn that 5-star review — please reach out anytime so we can close the loop together. Ride hard, Sixty61 Crew 🤘

Thank you so much for the amazing review — and welcome to the Sixty61 crew! We're thrilled this was your first experience with us, and even more thrilled it was a great one. It sounds like your 2025 Yamaha R1 is set up right: the TPZ Italia Comfort seat cover — with its sewn-in memory foam layer — is a favorite for riders who want real comfort on longer rides, and the GPR Furore Nero slip-on exhaust is actually our most-purchased GPR model, thanks to that deep, throaty tone riders love. As an authorized online distributor carrying the entire TPZ Italia catalog, and an authorized GPR Exhausts distributor, we're proud to offer the full lineup of both brands — and our staff's product knowledge is exactly why we can help riders land on the right fit the first time. With over 20 years in the powersports business, we've built our reputation on pairing riders with quality gear and backing it up with real support — not just at checkout, but anytime a question comes up down the road. We also ship internationally — to riders across the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe — so wherever you're riding that R1, Sixty61 has you covered. Thank you again for the kind words and for trusting Sixty61 with your build. If you ever check Sixty61 reviews, this is exactly the experience we aim to deliver every time. Can't wait to hear how the R1 sounds and rides with that new setup — we'll be here for whatever's next. Ride loud, Sixty61 Crew 🤘

Thank you for the fantastic 5-star review! We love hearing your Sixty61 red shorty levers on the 2023 Kawasaki ZX6R turned out to be the perfect color match — and that after two weeks of real-world riding, they're holding up as a genuinely perfect product. That extra comfort in stop-and-go traffic is exactly why so many ZX6R riders make the switch to shorty levers. Sixty61 has been building color-matched, easy-install lever kits for the powersports community for over 20 years, and we ship fast with email updates every step of the way so you're never left guessing where your order stands. Reviews like yours are exactly what ZX6R owners are looking for when they search Sixty61 reviews before matching their own bike's color scheme. Along with our shorty levers, we also stock Sixty61-branded grips, mirrors, and gas caps for riders who want a fully color-coordinated setup. Thank you so much for this glowing 5-star review! Hearing that you loved your first Vortex 520 aluminum rear sprocket for the Honda XR650L (1993-2026) so much that you came back for two more — a stock-size in blue and a 48T in blue and red — genuinely makes our day. That's exactly the kind of weight savings vs. steel that XR650L riders searching for lighter drivetrain upgrades are looking for. Sixty61 ships Vortex sprockets fast with email tracking updates every step of the way, to riders across the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, and Europe — and we keep pricing competitive so upgrading your whole sprocket setup (not just one) stays affordable. Sounds like that made repeat-ordering an easy call for you! We carry the full range of Vortex, Sixty61-branded, and aftermarket sprockets and chains, so riders finding this through Sixty61 reviews know we're set up for exactly this kind of multi-order, multi-color build. Thank you for trusting us three times over — we don't take that lightly. Here's to many more miles on that XR650L! Ride hard, Sixty61 Crew 🤘

We're thrilled to hear your Voodoo pipes for the Kawasaki ZX14R (2012-2026) arrived fast and are sounding amazing — that deep Voodoo tone is exactly why so many ZX14R riders make the switch. 🔥 Sixty61 has been serving the powersports community for over 20 years, and getting exhaust systems like Voodoo, Akrapovic, and GPR dialed in and shipped quickly — to riders across the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, and Europe — is what we do best. Fast, accurate fulfillment isn't an accident; it's two decades of experience behind every order. Thank you for sharing your experience, Jason. We take every piece of customer feedback seriously, and we want to provide full transparency about what occurred with your order. Your order (#330341) for MOOSE UTILITY Wheels was placed on June 9th. Within hours of receiving it, our team identified that the shipping calculator on our website had not correctly accounted for the size and weight of two large powersports rims shipping internationally to Australia. Importantly, your credit card was never charged — the original transaction was an authorization hold only, which was released in full when the order was cancelled. Our standard practice at Sixty61 is to review every order before processing, precisely to catch situations like this before any charge ever hits a customer's card. When we identified the discrepancy, we reached out immediately with a full explanation, the corrected shipping figures, and the option to proceed or cancel with zero obligation. We also directed you to our published shipping policy, which explicitly states our right to contact customers when shipping costs are miscalculated due to product dimensions — a policy designed to protect customers from surprises, not create them. Shipping two large powersports rims from the USA to Australia via Global Post Standard — the most affordable carrier option available for this size — runs approximately USD $260, against the USD $50 the website had originally estimated. This reflects the real cost of moving oversized freight internationally. We always encourage customers ordering large or bulky items to contact us before purchase so we can provide an accurate quote — our team is happy to do that. Sixty61 has been serving riders across the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe for nearly 20 years, carrying parts and accessories for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles. Situations like this, while rare, are exactly why we built our pre-shipment review process — so customers are never charged for something that isn't right. You're welcome to browse Sixty61 reviews across our platform to see how thousands of riders experience our service. Jason, we're sorry the shipping costs made this order impractical — that's genuinely frustrating, and we understand. If you ever find a freight solution that works for your location, or if you're ordering something smaller in the future, we'd welcome the chance to serve you. Our team is always reachable and happy to talk through options before any purchase. We wish you nothing but great rides ahead. — The Sixty61 Team
