Sjolie customer service is top notch! There was an issue with the samples I ordered and my rep Kristen handled it immediately. I also appreciate that you have a personal rep you can speak with about any concerns or issues, the personalized approach Sjolie offers would make me more inclined to order from them over competing companies!
