The item seems to be overpriced

Great for the beginning of the day or right after work. Compatible and compact.

The product itself is fine, though too bulky and too hard of a massage for me, so I would have liked to have returned it. But what annoyed me most was that the company never responded to any of my emails about wanting to cancel the order, or about returning it. The order also took so long to be delivered that I thought they DID cancel the order, but apparently not.

The package never arrived. It was lost by FedEx. But the company is dragging his feet on giving me a refund. They said they would, but they have never done it.
