Skillgigs is the WORST Company I ever worked for. They are fraudulent.........My contract ended and they are holding my final payment, because the hospital where I did the assignment decided not to extend my conract with them.now, they are retaliating. Beware of this company and their scamming contract because I never had a company hold my paycheck after completing an assignment because of approval.

I am sharing my personal experience with SkillGigs in hopes of helping others make informed decisions. I worked with their team, which operates from Pakistan and India, and I did not receive my salary for the last two months despite completing my work as agreed. Repeated follow-ups did not lead to any resolution. In addition to my own experience, I also noticed complaints from some of their clients— including nurses — who reported facing similar issues with delayed or missing payments. While I cannot speak for others directly, seeing these concerns raised by multiple people made me even more uncomfortable with the company’s practices. Based on my experience and what I observed, I cannot recommend SkillGigs. I hope they address their payment and communication problems so future workers and clients don’t face the same difficulties.

I signed up for SkillGigs last year and immediately regretted it as I began getting harassed with multiple emails, phone calls, and text messages daily. I emailed and called SkillGigs over 15 times asking them to please remove me from all forms of communication and everytime they tell me they will yet I keep getting harassed. This company does not do what it says it will do and continues to solicit me without my permission.

Terrible communication by the “recruiters” have multiple contacting you at the same time. Impossible to delete your account or unsubscribe. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Thocher, We can understand that if you came to SkillGigs expecting a traditional recruiting agency, you might be confused. But we are not, we are a talent marketplace with relationship managers helping you make connections to opportunities. If you received a lot of activity it's because you are top notch - kudos! We are making improvements within the system that allows for better self-service management of notifications. But we can understand if we aren't a fit for you. If you have other feedback you'd like to share, do reach out at [email protected].

Got signed up without my consent and now being harassed by call and text messages. I never signed up for this.

That certainly is not the ecommerce experience we would expect. If you are highly skill, you can expect a lot of bid activity. With that said, we cannot find a Marko Polo or a Marco Polo as ever being a user of our system. If you email [email protected] with the account name and the email you have received messages, we will look into this immediately.

They incentivize fake positive reviews on other websites to skew their numbers. Their emails and private messages are spammy, poorly written, and mostly unhelpful, and my research on the company shows jobs they post are inappropriate for my entry-level experience level. My time would have been better spent searching for jobs on other platforms.

That's a rather bold claim. We don't see your name listed as current or former member of the marketplace. We know team members reached out to learn more about your skills but that is where our trail ends. We'd be more than willing to give you a personal demo of the marketplace, how it works, and show you how to navigate a personal profile. Reach out to [email protected] and a member of our digital team can support.
