Was hoping I could leave you guys a good review but after 3 months spending $800 and gaining 3 lbs as well as my stomach swelling up and staying constipated I really don't have much good to say I feel like I had my money completely taken from me never again still can't believe I spent $800 with y'all to gain 3 pounds that's ridiculous this stuff does not work

Despite assurances from two different reps this morning, including Veronica, no one had called me back to resolve my issue. I was told by the third person I just spoke with that a call back hadn’t even been scheduled. Now I’m supposed to believe that someone will reach out after they close? They are just dicking me around because they don’t want to change my medication. Useless company.

Wish I could give them a zero. Filled out the forms and decided not to use SkinnyRx. They have called me multiple times a day for over a week. I don't have time to answer my phone multiple times a day to tell a different person I am not interested.

This company is a scam! Will automatically have you signed up for a subscription without your knowledge then refused to give a refund when you call them about it.

Absolutely awful customer support. No one has called me back or replied to any of the online support chat. It’s been 2 days, multiple follow up messages… no reply. Terrible experience and have been unable to get any help whatsoever

Took these meds for almost a year and actually gained a few pounds. Even at the highest dosage, my appetite had not decreased. I don't believe the medication quality to be good, as I had success with another provider in the past.

The only good thing about this company good customer service their app is free its very easy to navigate...as far as their medication for losing weight, which I use there injection tirzepatide the one month I didn't lose but 3 lbs for the whole month was gonna renew the hell with that waste of money...so I going back to ivim health price is higher and i hate paying just to have their app 74$ is alot ...but they medication really works so bye skinny rx 💪
