If you follow the diet it works! I didn't lose as much as I needed or thought I would but I'm not giving up. Just received my second round of the reduce phase, I'll keep using this diet until I lose all 30 lbs!! Good luck to all, I know it's not easy!

Im really upset with this product. Im following the guidelines and its nit working!! The price is ridiculous for it bot to work is very upsetting. It made me hungrier and caused so much stomac bloating.
