I was given a complimentary raven bag for buy one get one free but the invoice charged me 218$ may I have a return of money or my raven bag pleas.

The bags are very cute
The bags are very cute. External dimensions are accurate. They arrived on time and safely. I was concerned when I first saw the package as it was just the thin plastic cover but when I opened it the purses were fine. I would not wast money on the leather upgrade. Looking at them they don’t look like leather at all with the texture and the handles look plastic. I am a bit disappointed because I paid extra for the leather. Also the zippers are pretty sticky. They are cute and as pictured but overpriced and not worth the leather upgrade.

I love the graphics on the bag and…
I love the graphics on the bag and wallet! The size of the bag is great! I wish there were more pockets inside the bag. The zipper inside and outside the bag is not the greatest:( The leather version may have been better but was not available.
